When you start Inspiration or choose New on the File menu, Inspiration opens a new document based on the default template.
When Inspiration comes from the factory, the default template is pre-set to the Basic.IST template.

The Basic.IST template is a general-purpose framework for any type of document.
You can make any Inspiration template (with Default_Filename. IST ) your starter template.

For example, if you want Inspiration to open in Outline View, rather than in Diagram View,
select another Inspiration outline template, or create your own custom outline template.
Then select that (Default_Filename. IST ) template as your starter template.

To select a NEW default template:
1 On the Utility menu, choose Default Settings .

2 Choose Select , and then click Next .

3 Open the folder containing the (Default_Filename. IST ) template you want to make your new starter template.
Inspiration templates are usually stored in the Inspiration Templates folder within the Inspiration 7.5 folder.

4 Select any template you want to be your starter template, then click Open .
A new untitled document opens based on the default template you selected.
All new (ISF-extension) documents will be based on the selected template.

The Basic.IST template remains in the Templates folder
in case you want to use it again as your default template.

    INTRODUCTION
    ABOUT THIS REPORT
This is a special supplemental report to the State Health Plan , Healthiest Wisconsin 2010 :
A Partnership Plan to Improve the Health of the Public. It describes the purpose, process,
findings, and recommendations from five (5) Wisconsin Turning Point Initiative’s
    Community Stakeholder Forums.

Each of the five community stakeholder groups formally met with the leadership of the
Wisconsin Turning Point Initiative during August 2001 to April 2002. The five stakeholder
groups and dates of meetings follow:

    1. African American Community Stakeholders, August 21-22, 2001.
    2. Hispanic/Latino Community Stakeholders, October 30-31, 2001.
    3. Asian/Hmong Community Stakeholders, November 1-2, 2001.
    4. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgendered Community Stakeholders, December 3-4, 2001.
    5. American Indian Tribal Community Stakeholders, April 16-17, 2002.

The chief outcomes of the five forums were to:
    1. gain insights into cultures and the forces influencing health disparities;
    2. enhance knowledge and understanding of communities through direct experience; and
    3. build relationships and provide opportunities for continuous learning

Re-evaluation Counseling is a process whereby people of all ages and of all backgrounds
can learn how to exchange effective help with each other in order to free themselves from the effects of past distress experiences.

Re-evaluation Counseling theory provides a model of what a human being can be like in the area of his/her interaction with other human beings and his/her environment . The theory assumes that everyone is born with tremendous intellectual potential, natural zest, and lovingness, but that these qualities have become blocked and obscured in adults as the result of accumulated distress experiences (fear, hurt, loss, pain, anger, embarrassment, etc.) which begin early in our lives.

Any young person would recover from such distress spontaneously by use of the natural process of emotional discharge (crying, trembling, raging, laughing, etc.). However, this natural process is usually interfered with by well-meaning people ("Don't cry," "Be a big boy," etc.) who erroneously equate the emotional discharge (the healing of the hurt) with the hurt itself.

When adequate emotional discharge can take place, the person is freed from the rigid pattern of behavior and feeling left by the hurt.
The basic loving, cooperative, intelligent, and zestful nature is then free to operate .

Such a person will tend to be more effective in looking out for his or her own interests and the interests of others, and will be more capable of acting successfully against injustice .

In recovering and using the natural discharge process, two people take turns counseling and being counseled. The one acting as the counselor listens, draws the other out and permits, encourages, and assists emotional discharge. The one acting as client talks and discharges and re-evaluates. With experience and increased confidence and trust in each other, the process works better and better.
